• Act as the technical solution owner for budgetary, competitive, and sole source proposal responses
• Assist in crafting technical responses for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
• Provide recommendations for hardware and software based on customer needs
• Conduct requirements discovery sessions with customers for estimation and configuration
• Deliver customer product training, both in-person and virtually

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of Engineering, Sales, Public Safety, and/or Military experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of Public Safety software application system implementation experience
• Proficiency in computer hardware sizing, configuration, and implementation
• Ability to pass background clearance as required by government customers
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and design

• Experience with wireless networking (WLAN) and LTE Network Modem/Router
• Familiarity with Windows Server (OS, SQL) and VMWare
• Technical writing experience with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Basic knowledge of License Plate Recognition (LPR) and Radio Voice Communications Networks
• Understanding of Motorola Solutions Public Safety Applications
