Permanent/Direct-Hire A privately held civil consulting practice is seeking a Professional Engineer ready to move out from under a top-heavy structure and into a true leadership role. This position is ideal for a PE who is already running projects but lacks final say, visibility, or growth upside. You’ll take ownership of engineering delivery, lead a small team, work directly with clients and regulators, and stay hands-on with design and fieldwork.

There is meaningful autonomy and a clear path to expanded responsibility for someone who wants to build, not just execute. Work spans civil site design, permitting, wastewater and water-related infrastructure, combining office leadership with on-site involvement.
