• Partner with parents to facilitate evidence-based program (Parents as Teachers) to families with young children in Berkshire County.
• The right candidate uses their own lived experience to better connect and engage with individuals who are being served.
• Relevant experience in the human service field desired, lived experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of child development and parenting, ability to engage and partner with all families, data tracking and partnership with community resources important.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, French or Portuguese preferred.

Pay Range: $22.02 – $22.52/Hour
