• Competitive Pay: $25-29/hour (based on experience)

  Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday - no late night or weekends
• Dual Specialty
  
  Experience:
  
  Gain hands-on experience in both periodontics (implants, grafting) and endodontics (root canal therapy, diagnostics)
• Modern Technology:

  • Digital x-rays, microscopes, surgical instruments, and advanced treatment planning tools

Western Mass Endodontics & Western Mass Periodontics
435 South Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201

• Support both periodontists and endodontists chairside during specialty procedures
• Take high-quality digital x-rays and assist with diagnostic imaging
• Set up and break down surgical and treatment rooms with strict adherence to sterilization protocols
• Assist with surgical instrumentation, implant placement, and microscope-assisted procedures
• Educate patients on post-op instructions, oral hygiene techniques, and treatment plans
• Accurately chart and document in PBS Endo or Curve Dental systems
• Maintain clinical inventory and prepare specialty instruments and supplies

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience (specialty experience a plus)
• Radiology certification (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Dental Assistant Certification from an accredited program (preferred)
• Comfort using dental software systems and digital imaging tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• A calm, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude

• Western Mass Endodontics
  • Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
