As a Product Manager you will be responsible for advancing the product roadmap by organizing and tracking initiatives, ensuring accountability for resolving dependencies and risks, and integrating usability research to support customer focused design. You will support end-to-end product development by identifying data input/output requirements and ensuring alignment with value stream objectives and business goals.
You will- Ensure data and AI integrity by partnering with subject matter experts and upholding quality across products and support scalable, data-driven solutions
- Monitor product performance and alignment by tracking product-level objectives and key results and ensuring the customer journey meets standards set by the Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence
- Collaborate with business leaders, change management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Find opportunities for continuous operational improvement and collaborate with Value Stream Leads (VSLs) and stakeholders to implement enhancements
- Facilitate regular product reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Execute and/or lead complex or specialized projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Proven experience in defining and driving product roadmaps, integrating customer research, and ensuring compliance with data/AI standards
- Strong knowledge of product journey mapping, business operational improvement, and objectives and key results management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve dependencies and risks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain timely progress

- The primary location for this position is Bethlehem, PA or Pittsfield, MA - Position will require occasional travel.
$99,150.00 - $
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
