The Administrative Support Professional position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and tracking the timely delivery of services to ESBC consumers and providing administrative support to the agency as a whole.
Qualifications and Skills- High School Diploma required
- 2 Years Office Administrative Experience (Associate Degree Preferred)
- Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office required, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-directed
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Integrity in dealing with confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.99 - $20.00 per hour
