Position Summary
The Printer and Fulfillment Associate supports the daily operations of the Pittsburgh Fulfillment Center by printing, assembling, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, operating printing equipment as needed, and ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate will value quality, timeliness, and teamwork.

Essential Job Functions

Order Fulfillment:

• Receive and review packing lists, order details, and fulfillment instructions.
• Pick products from inventory based on order requirements.
• Verify accuracy of parts and quantities before packing.

Printing & Labeling

• Operate printing equipment for national accounts products
• Manage print queues and maintain printer supplies (ink, paper, labels)

Packing & Packaging

• Pack orders securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, fillers, etc.).
• Include correct documentation and inserts in shipments.

Shipping & Logistics

• Prepare and stage orders for carrier pickup (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, freight, etc.).
• Use scanning tools and software to confirm shipment status.
• Update order tracking and fulfillment systems.

Inventory Support

• Help monitor inventory levels of packing supplies and printed materials.
• Assist with cycle counts or inventory organization as needed.

Quality & Safety

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Follow safety practices including safe lifting and proper equipment use.

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with other fulfillment team members.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Participate in continuous improvement and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with fulfillment software.
• Ability to operate standard printing devices and basic office equipment.
• Warehouse, printing, or fulfillment experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
