Position: Driver (Non-CDL)-Lawrenceville
Driver (non-CDL)

Job description: Make daily deliveries along an established route. Inventory incoming and outgoing product as necessary. Complete daily safety inspections of company vehicles and equipment following DOT procedures. Communicate customer needs to customer service representatives in a timely manner. Complete delivery route in designated time frame. Load and unload product daily as instructed. Adhere to all safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards.

Maintain a clean working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.

Reports to: Service Manager/District Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year previous experience driving a box truck of 20ft or larger (non-CDL)

• Ability to lift up to 65lbs multiple times a day

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license

• DOT physical preferred but not required

• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with both customers and company

• Work independently to complete pick-ups and deliveries as assigned

• Prioritize customer needs and requests during service

• Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups within designated timeframe

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle

• Maintain company-wide DART rate at or below 2

• Other duties as assigned
