Security Officer - Retail Unarmed

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, associates, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter theft, damage, and other unwanted activity.;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and potential hazards, and communicate observations clearly using written reports, radio communication, and/or electronic systems.;
Support access control by observing entry and exit activity, assisting with loss prevention awareness, and coordinating with store teams and/or law enforcement during investigations.
