Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followed.;
Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.);

Assist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facility.;
Ensure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as needed.
