- Conduct onsite, telephone, or virtual meetings with prospective clients to explain healthcare payment services
- Create and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations, and presentations
- Complete contract negotiations and secure long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain a network of key industry contacts and community relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of solution sales experience, preferably in payment and healthcare
- Experience in mid-market sales ($50M-$1B net patient revenue)
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare payment products, services, and workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in revenue cycle/technology
- Ability to sell to C-suite and end-user buyers in disciplines such as Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Financial Services
- Proven ability to generate leads, conduct needs analysis, and respond to comprehensive RFPs
- Strong negotiation skills for executing contracts
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients
