Residential Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Residential Sales professional to support continued growth in the Pittsburgh market. This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales and is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who thrives in a competitive, customer-focused sales environment. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver a 100% quality on all customer service calls

* Conduct in home sales presentations and complete comprehensive home comfort system evaluations

* 2-4 in home presentations a day

* Proactively generate and develop self-generated leads.

* Ensure timely response to all customer requests

* Support the TUDI Mechanical Sales Team by assisting in the development of customized solutions that meet customer needs and service expectations

* Represent the company at Home Shows, Costco stores, and other networking events

* Actively market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis.

* Prepare clear quotations and proposals for customers

* Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanical management.

Qualifications:

* HS diploma/GED required.

* 2 years of in home sales experience

* Valid Driver's License.

* Knowledge in residential HVAC, A/C, and furnaces.
