Seasonal Opportunities

We're happy to hire seasonal employees who can commit to working with us for 3 to 6 months. This is a great way to gain valuable experience, earn extra income, and be part of a positive and dynamic team.

Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude.

* Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and quality.

* Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.

* Create and maintain meaningful connections with guests through excellent service.

Front-of-House Responsibilities:

* Smile and greet every guest warmly at the front counter and in the drive thru.

* Create and maintain eye contact.

* Speak enthusiastically and make genuine emotional connections with guests.

* Multitask quickly and efficiently without compromising service quality.

* Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic.

Position Types:

* Full-Time

* Part-Time

* Seasonal (3 to 6 months)

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must be 15 ½ years or older to apply.

* Reliable and consistent, with a cheerful and positive attitude.

* Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

* Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency.

* Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

* Willing to work a flexible schedule, including closing shifts until at least 10:00PM. Reliable transportation is required for those working late shifts.
