Pay Rate : $28/hr on W2

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport formulation development for early and late-stage gene therapy products.
Assist in fill/finish process development including container closures and parenteral devices.
Execute studies for Extractables & Leachables (E&L), compatibility, and in-use administration testing.
Design and perform administration device studies (large molecule injectable devices).
Conduct biophysical characterization and high-throughput formulation screening.
Support downstream process development related to drug product formulation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical Development, CMC, Clinical, and Drug Substance teams.
Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues (internal/external sites).
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.
Prepare and present experimental data to internal stakeholders.
QualificationsB.S. in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years of industry experience.
Basic understanding of large molecule drug product development (preferred).
Exposure to formulation, parenteral devices, container closures, or process development (nice to have).
Strong lab skills and ability to follow SOPs.
Good documentation and teamwork skills.
