+ $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced nurses

Position Overview:
As a Professional Staff Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using Relationship-Based Care principles. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in continuous learning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care
+ Apply evidence-based practice and participate in quality initiatives
+ Support patient and family education
+ Engage in professional development and team collaboration
+ Perform scrub role (required for RNs hired on or after July 17, 2023)

+ Minimum of six months of nursing experience preferred
Licensure, Certifications & Clearances:
+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
