Position: Professional Staff Nurse (Night Program) Resource Pool (Med/Surg) (pays 10% on top of base rate)
UPMC Mercy is hiring a full-time Professional Staff Nurse (Night Program) to join its Resource Pool department and rotate through our Med/Surg units.

Resource Pool nurses receive a 10% differential in their hourly rate for floating and schedule flexibility.

The Night Program is expected to work strictly overnight shifts. There is an additional premium pay differential for those in the Night Program. Candidates must have at least 6 months of nursing experience to qualify and may be required to complete any necessary orientation during regular business hours.

The Resource Department is a vital unit that specializes in filling staffing needs. Within this department, we have both acute care and critical care nurses along with PCTs and Care Attendants who ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. + Generous Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus available for nurses with 1 or more years of experience.

The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.
