I'm seeing 3-5-year Corporate Associate Attorney to join their Pittsburgh office!

• Must have 3-5 years of SOLID corporate law experience
• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
• Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must.
• Experience with general corporate matters, corporate governance, drafting securities offerings document
• Experience Venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial lending transactions, commercial contracts, and complex M&A transactions preferred.
• Tax and deal structuring a plus.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Legal research and technical writing
• Handling general corporate matters
• Assisting with commercial lending transactions
• Ensuring corporate governance compliance
• Ability to excel in client communication
• Proficiency in legal research tools (West Law, anyone?)
• Experience with drafting securities offerings documents
• Strong organizational skills
