M&A Associate Attorney
Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | Hybrid Work Available
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

A prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of solid mergers and acquisitions experience to join our sophisticated and highly regarded corporate practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and handle a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, M&A transaction documents, and ancillary agreements
• Lead or support M&A deals, including due diligence, transaction management, and closings
• Collaborate with team members and junior associates to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct legal research and draft memos or summaries as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of corporate transactional legal experience in a law firm required
• Proven track record of handling M&A transactions from start to finish
• Experience drafting and negotiating key corporate and deal-related documents
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
