Seeking a 3-10-year (SOLID) Litigation Associate Attorney

Our firm has expertise in transportation and logistics law. Our team of experienced attorneys has successfully represented clients in various legal matters related to the transportation and logistics industry, including:

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

- Classification of owner-operators
- Employment disputes
- Risk management strategies
- Litigation for truck accidents
- Negotiation and drafting of transportation agreements
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing
- Facilitation of mergers and acquisitions
- Insurance coverage disputes and litigation
- Defending personal injury claims
- Representing clients before federal and state regulatory bodies
- Legal services for transportation and customs brokers

PLEASE NOTE - We are currently searching for a qualified individual with an active PA Bar license to fill a position in Pittsburgh, PA. In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is mandatory that the selected candidate MUST HAVE Active PA License to practice in Pennsylvania and Located in Pittsburgh, PA.
