URGENT HIRE:
Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney - Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

A leading Pittsburgh-based legal team is urgently seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to support a sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels at translating complex tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance and who values building long-term, client-centered relationships.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical tax knowledge and a people-focused advisory approach, helping clients simplify an ever-changing and complex tax landscape. You will work directly with clients on comprehensive tax planning, estate strategies, and wealth transfer matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families

• Advise on trusts, estates, wealth transfers, and long-term planning strategies

• Break down complex tax and financial concepts into clear, understandable recommendations

• Collaborate with clients to align planning strategies with their goals and values

• Prepare and review tax-related documents and filings involving estates, trusts, and business entities

• Support attorneys and clients with multi-generational planning and charitable giving strategies

• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsive service

Qualifications & Experience:

• J.D. and admission to practice in Pennsylvania

• Experience in tax law, trusts & estates, or private client services

• Prior background in public accounting or tax advisory is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of tax issues related to S Corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, individuals, and charitable entities

• Exceptional ability to simplify and explain complex tax matters

• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
