Litigation Associate - 3-5 Years Experience
Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | Hybrid
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

The Pittsburgh office is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in business and commercial litigation to join our highly regarded Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

We are looking for a nimble, efficient litigator with outstanding academic credentials and proven experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes litigation. The ideal candidate will thrive both as part of a collaborative team and by independently managing cases from start to finish.

Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team serves as strategic advisors on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including:
Business and commercial disputes, Trade secret and unfair competition claims, Construction litigation, Environmental and land use disputes, Trust and estate litigation & Shareholder and partnership disputes

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research.
• Draft memos, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide high-level client service.

Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience (business and commercial focus required).
• Strong written advocacy and drafting skills with proven ability to produce concise, effective work product.
• Exceptional legal research skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
