• 2-5 years of SOLID experience in Civil & Commercial Litigation
• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings
• Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
• Experience required in drafting initial pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and extensive motions practice.
• Superior client communication
• Strong writing and research skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
