Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN
Employment Type: Contract (W2 only, no C2C)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-level, cross-functional, global engineering organization delivering enterprise-scale solutions built on Java and J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition).
- Oversee technical direction, architectural alignment, and execution quality
- Coordinate across onshore and offshore resources to meet milestones
- Remove technical and organizational blockers to maintain delivery velocity
- Support production readiness, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
- 5+ years of experience in a Sr. Technical Manager or Sr. Software Engineering Manager role
- Java platform architecture leadership
- Experience with oracle databases
