Senior Jira Administrator - INTL - India

As a Senior Jira Consultant, you will join the Agile Practice group supporting internal u of the Jira environment. You will manage ticket requests, offer solutions to business requests, support instance migrations, and assist with configurations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administrating Jira instances, but also have experience with project management, support desk, or database administration duties.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 Years experience in Jira Administration

• Managing workflows, creating dashboards, JQL, Jira Automation, project set up and management and documentation, user management, add-on installation, and Agile/Waterfall/Project Management best practices
- Project Management/Support experience
Basic understanding of API connectivity/backend configuration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Atlassian Marketplace add-ons (Git Hub, Zephyr, etc.)
- Hands-on experience migrating Jira instances between u
SQL Coding
