We are looking for a resource to manage assignment to understand the requirement, map Infor Ln table structure and develop reports in power BI.

Role Overview
The Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical solutions by leveraging Infor LN Cloud Suite (Sales, Operations, Logistics), Power BI, data engineering practices, and strong communication skills. This role involves gathering requirements, designing data workflows, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. A basic understanding of project management principles is essential to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Identify KPIs and define data sources for reporting needs.

Business Requirements

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics and ERP solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for Infor LN Cloud Suite modules (Sales, Operations, Logistics).

Infor LN Cloud Suite Expertise

• Support configuration and optimization of Sales (Quote-to-Cash), Operations, and Logistics workflows within Infor LN Cloud Suite.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure ERP processes align with business objectives.
• Assist in testing and validating ERP enhancements and integrations.

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Data Engineering

• Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources, including ERP and CRM systems.

Project Coordination

• Support project planning, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
• Good knowledge of ETL processes & tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and BI governance.
• Hands-on experience with Infor LN Cloud Suite ERP (Sales, Operations, Logistics modules).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Experience in Sales & Operations (Quote-to-Cash) is a plus.
