Our client seeks two senior compliance professionals to support Project Crawford. The role focuses on translating contractual and regulatory obligations into practical operational controls while maintaining audit-ready evidence. You will collaborate with business, legal, risk, and delivery teams in an agile environment to sustain compliance without slowing execution. The ideal candidate brings a task-driven approach, identifies gaps, and proposes actionable remediation.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and analyze complex contractual requirements, including SLAs, data protection and confidentiality clauses, audit rights, and regulatory or contractual flow-downs.
- Translate contract language into clear, actionable operational compliance controls and embed them into day-to-day delivery processes.
- Ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are appropriately flowed down to vendors, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor vendor and subcontractor compliance with SLAs, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain ongoing evidence demonstrating third-party compliance and oversight effectiveness.
- Build, maintain, and manage audit-ready documentation and evidence supporting contractual and regulatory compliance and control execution.
- Prepare for and support audits of Project Crawford deliverables and processes.
- Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and aligned with contractual obligations.
- Work closely with business, legal, risk, and delivery teams in an agile environment.
- Present compliance findings, risks, and remediation plans clearly and concisely.
- 5+ years of compliance experience in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong background in financial services.
- Proven experience with regulatory flow-downs and third-party oversight.
- Hands-on operational compliance experience embedding controls into delivery.
- Audit preparation and execution experience.
- Vendor and subcontractor compliance management experience.
- Deep understanding of SLAs and evidence requirements.
- Ability to independently identify compliance issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with a task-driven, detail-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work onsite 4+ days per week.
- Prior experience supporting complex regulatory initiatives (preferred).
- Experience working with highly regulated contracts (preferred).
- Exposure to large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments (preferred).
