Salary: $120,000 - $140,000/ yr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities including planning, elicitation, documentation, solution assessment, and validation for Sim Corp Dimension.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective Sim Corp Dimension solutions.
• Serve as a senior resource for complex, moderate-risk projects within investment operations.
• Act as subject matter expert for Sim Corp Dimension, including IBOR/ABOR concepts, configuration, and workflows.
• Provide first-line support to business units and assist the Sim Corp Product Owner with issue resolution and optimization.
• Drive enhancements through requirements, design, configuration, documentation, presentation, and testing support.
• Contribute to the internal Sim Corp Center of Excellence and mentor team members.
• Support the large-scale Sim Corp implementation using knowledge of Sim Corp's global delivery model.
• Collaborate with technology teams and partners on data integrations with custodians and market data providers.
• Assist in maintaining data quality and operational integrity across Sim Corp modules and connected systems.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in information systems with emphasis on requirements lifecycle, development, and testing.
• Direct, practical experience with Sim Corp Dimension.
• Knowledge of IBOR/ABOR concepts and Sim Corp implementation processes.
• Experience with Sim Corp Data Warehouse, Bloomberg, or integrations with custodians such as JP Morgan or BNY Mellon (preferred).
• Background in asset management, pension funds, insurance, or fund administration (preferred).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
