System Administration & Configuration:
Configure Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions (e.g., pay rules, schedules, accruals, security roles).
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Act as a subject matter expert, resolving system issues, break-fix incidents, and data interface problems.
Data Management & Reporting:
Generate custom reports for HR, payroll, and leadership; maintain data integrity.
User Support & Training:
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for staff.
Testing & Implementation:
Develop test scripts, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage system upgrades or new module implementations.
Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between HR, payroll, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
