We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office expectation),
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as a key liaison between business units and engineering teams, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business objectives by demonstrating expertise in both domains.
- Drive the identification and implementation of innovative technology solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable engineering projects, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on technology trends to guide business and operational decision-making.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Engineering) preferred.
- Typically 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align technology with business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives from concept to completion.
