Senior nCino Project Manager - Local to Pittsburgh, PA

This is an onsite position in Pittsburgh, PA. However, a hybrid working model may be accepted.

This is a highly visible customer-facing role. As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning project goals with business objectives, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, along with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing

* Present plans and proposals to executive management, negotiating and influencing decisions as needed.

* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their concerns are adequately addressed

* Provide risk and change management

* Resolve conflicts and issues within the project team and with external stakeholders

* Ensure deliverables are produced according to defined schedule, business requirements, organizational polices, governance procedures and with the highest quality standards

* Provide regular status updates and detailed progress reports on budget, timeline, and deliverables to key client stakeholders

* Review and implement process improvements to increase the quality and speed of project delivery

* Develop, track and optimize project budgets and resources, to ensure the project stays within fiscal targets

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* Strong background in banking and Commercial Loan Origination/Servicing systems are required for this role

* Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects (e.g., ERP, cloud migration, cybersecurity, lending transformation)

* SAFE Agilist and/or Project Management Certification

* Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

* Excellent leadership and team development skills (including coaching and mentoring)

* Timely, decisive, and effective problem-solving skills

* Solid project management skills related to project planning and control; scope management; issue and risk management; and quality management.

* Experience managing tools not limited to JIRA, PRISM, CMPM, and FUSE

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $.
