Are you organized, personable, and ready to support HR operations? We’re seeking an HR Assistant to assist the HR Manager and help keep HR functions running smoothly in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do as the HR Assistant

• Support recruiting and onboarding activities

• The HR Assistant will coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

• Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with orientations

• Maintain employee files and HR records

• The HR Assistant will assist with benefits administration and employee questions

• Support HR Manager with compliance, reporting, and special projects

• The HR Assistant will handle general administrative tasks for the HR department

What We’re Looking For in an HR Assistant

• 1+ years of HR, administrative, or office support experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• HRIS experience is a plus
