HR MANAGER
Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
$50,000-$65,000

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives for a growing organization in Pittsburgh. This role will serve as a strategic partner to management while ensuring the organization’s HR programs and policies drive employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on HR-related matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and organizational development.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth strategies.
  • Manage HR metrics, reporting, and analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration preferred.
