* * Master Degree in Human Services + 1 year of applicable experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field + 3 years of applicable experience
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to drive an organization vehicle

* WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.
* * Must Work a minimum of 5 Work Shifts per Month
* ABOUT
THE ROLE
* * Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in each facility.
* Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including milieu therapy, psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, clinical assessment, case management, safety checks, and unit monitoring.
* Will be an active part of the treatment team and will maintain clinical records including the development of the recovery/transition plan and daily documentation
