* ABOUT
THE ROLE
* * Will provide direct therapeutic services (individual and group therapy; treatment planning) for mentally ill adults including assisting our persons served with activities of daily living, safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation, and shift documentation.
* You'd be an integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration unit supervisors and other Journey Home staff.
* Responsible for helping clients with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in a residential facility.
* This position will work within a 16 bed unit in the Carrick area offering residential psychiatric care to adults who with serious mental illness, in a locked structured setting.
