Description:

Position Purpose

As a Casual Pool Specialist, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential and/or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role allows you to make a difference while choosing a schedule that fits your needs.

What You Will Do:

* Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.)

* Promote independence through person-centered plans

* Foster a positive, supportive environment

* Accurately document progress and observations

* Collaborate with team members and supervisors

* Participate in training and development

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Valid driver's license and ability to drive an organization vehicle

* Local travel and reliable transportation

* Act 33/34/73 Clearances

* Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test

* Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire

Schedule:

This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position

Consistent year-round availability is essential, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

* Minimum of 4 shifts per month

* Flexible scheduling

* Option to pick up additional shifts
