We are seeking an experienced Senior CAD Technician to join our team in Wexford, PA. This position will be hybrid. As a Senior CAD Technician at Verdantas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of environmental, energy, water, and civil infrastructure projects. This position is not just about drafting; it's about leading technical excellence, mentoring peers, and driving innovation in design delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for various projects including pipelines, facilities, and equipment. Expert level in self-performing; horizontal and vertical alignments, corridor modeling, pad and basin modeling using Civil3D.
• Permit and Construction Drawing creation as a combination of self-performed and working with coworkers.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, surveyors, engineers, and field crew to ensure that designs meet project specifications
• Develop and implement CAD standards and procedures at the project-level; review work for QA/QC
• Develop easement drawings and descriptions
• Generate construction and as-built drawings from field data, title commitments, and one-call data
• Prepare property exhibits
• Provide cost estimates and manage drafting budget for projects
• Maintain and update CAD libraries and databases
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate Degree in a Technical Field preferred
• 10 or more years of CAD experience required with at least 3 years in survey
• AutoCAD. Map 3D and Civil 3D proficient
  • Autodesk certification preferred
• GIS proficient
  • Carlson, Google Earth Pro, ArcGIS, or Arc Map preferred
• Trimble equipment experience preferred

Salary Range:

The compensation range starts at $70, 200 and is based on the position, experience, and licensures.
