- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in the water industry, preferably with a public water utility or consulting firm serving water systems.
- Demonstrated experience with hydraulic modeling of water distribution systems.
- Experience in the design of water infrastructure and preparation of construction documents.
- Project management experience, including coordination of multiple stakeholders and adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Experience with capital improvement programs and infrastructure planning.
- Familiarity with state and federal funding programs (e.g., PENNVEST, SRF, or similar).
- Knowledge of water system operations and maintenance considerations.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office applications.
