Locum Tenens Opportunity for OBGYN in Pennsylvania! We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist for a locum tenens call-only position near Pittsburgh, PA. This role provides 2nd call backup coverage, meaning you will be available to assist when needed, while a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) handles 1st call. Position Details:
Dates Needed:
May 5-8; 15-18, 21-22, 28-June 2, June 20-22, 25-26, 30-July 9 -- Ongoing Dates Call Coverage: 2nd call backup (physician support)1st Call Provider: CNM handles routine cases and labor management
Hospital Privileges:
Not required (temporary privileges available)
Average Annual Deliveries: 1,590
Lodging Provided:
Onsite condos available
EMR System:
EpicIMLC Candidates Accepted (must meet PA state requirements for child abuse and opioid education training)
Required Skills:
Low & high-risk pregnancy management Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasounds (screening & targeted/anatomic) Routine & complicated deliveries (including C-sections, breech, VBAC, multiple births, and abruptions) Surgical gynecology:
