• Minimum of 2+ years experience in content strategy
• CMS experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in information architecture, microcopy, and content patterns
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Hands‑on experience with design systems, component libraries, and content patterns
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and on‑page optimization techniques
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive content practices (e.g., headings, alt text, error messaging)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
• Experience with content audits, site maps, URL structures, and taxonomy applications

• Knowledge of enterprise design systems and pattern libraries
• Strong skills in site architecture, taxonomy, and content governance
• Familiarity with tools such as content management systems, design tools, or project management platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Design, Information Architecture, or related field
• Relevant professional experience in a corporate environment, particularly within energy, utilities, or regulated sectors
