Position: Ticket Operations Game Day Staff
JOB SUMMARY

The Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC, Pittsburgh Riveters SC, and Highmark Stadium Ticket Office are seeking individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in ticketing operations at a professional sports venue. We are hiring Ticket Operations Game Day Staff for the 2026 season and additional events throughout the year. This part-time, event-based role works closely with the Ticket Operations Manager and Ticket Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

Staff will learn the day-to-day operations of a ticket office in a live event environment. Game and event day duties include providing excellent customer service, assisting with ticket scanning and sales, ushering, and supporting overall game day operations as needed. Positions May Include:

Ticket Scanner:

• Greet fans as they enter Highmark Stadium

• Scan and validate tickets

• Assist fans with customer service needs

Mobile Ticket Ambassador:

• Explain and support the mobile ticketing process

• Assist fans with accessing and troubleshooting digital tickets

• Help improve entry flow by offering tips to fans in line

• Escalate unresolved issues to the Ticket Operations Supervisor or Box Office Manager

Usher:

• Direct fans to assigned seating

• Answer general questions and assist with customer service issues

• Remain attentive throughout events and proactively address concerns

• Communicate clearly and professionally with fans and staff

• Provide information on stadium amenities, promotions, and services

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Interest or background in ticketing, event operations, stadium operations, business, or customer service

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with enthusiasm for working in sports

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure

• Familiarity with Ticketmaster Archtics or TM1 Sales is a plus, but not required
