Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Join a well-established civil contractor with over 60 years of proven success in delivering high-quality paving and milling projects. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead DOT paving and bridge projects across Pittsburgh, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of milling and paving experience
• At least 2 years of Superintendent-level experience
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred (will also consider experienced General Superintendents or Foreman)
• Demonstrated ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and safety on DOT projects
