What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Validate and process all new and renewal customer orders efficiently
  • Maintain accurate order data in the company's CRM system and ensure consistency with the Finance database
  • Reconcile incoming orders against various documentation such as price quotes and contracts
  • Partner with the Sales Team to resolve any discrepancies with purchase orders
  • Communicate with customers to address order inaccuracies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel or Sheets
  • Comfortable with setting and meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth corporate environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills for internal and customer‑facing meetings
