- Validate and process all new and renewal customer orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate order data in the company's CRM system and ensure consistency with the Finance database
- Reconcile incoming orders against various documentation such as price quotes and contracts
- Partner with the Sales Team to resolve any discrepancies with purchase orders
- Communicate with customers to address order inaccuracies as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Data entry experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel or Sheets
- Comfortable with setting and meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem‑solving skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth corporate environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills for internal and customer‑facing meetings
