We are now looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly full-time Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is first point of contact for our customers and plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly.
We are a family-owned landscaping and garden and greenhouse that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and community.

- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Greet and communicate with clients
- Scan and organize digital and paper documents
- Create and update Microsoft word documents and Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry in quickbooks
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Support the Billing Specialist with invoicing and other administrative tasks
- Support Estimators with sending over estimates and calling clients
- Strong communicaiton and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer facing role preferred
$18-22 per hour
