UPMC - : [Guest Service / Front Desk Agent] As a Senior Patient & Family Concierge at UPMC, you'll:
Greet Hospital guests positively, and provide appropriate verbal assistance, guidance and direction to visitors and patients as needed;
Serve as a reference source regarding visiting hours, directions, package delivery, general admitting and Hospital policies;
Use the personal computer and CRT for dissemination of patient information;
Answer unit phones and transfer to appropriate staff;
Distribute patient and unit mail;
Complete department administrative functions.
