AP Specialist Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail daily
• The AP Specialist will match purchase orders with invoices and lien waivers
• Verify and confirm vendor approvals
• Enter standard vouchers into the accounting system
• The AP Specialist will perform high-volume invoice data entry

Preferred Qualifications of the AP Specialist Role

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
