• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Provide guidance and direction to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, maintaining efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including daily logs, time sheets, and material usage reports.

• Safely and efficiently operate construction equipment including skid-loaders, track hoes, farm tractors, backhoes, loaders, and other relevant machinery.
• Conduct thorough daily inspections and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and maintain a safe work environment.

• Operate Class A CDL vehicles, including trucks weighing over 26,000 pounds, pulling a gooseneck trailer on public highways and construction job sites.
• Transport diverse construction materials such as erosion control and seeding materials, and heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
• Secure loads properly and maintain accurate records of deliveries and inspections.

• Work primarily on local and statewide projects within Kansas, with occasional travel to projects in up to six surrounding states, requiring overnight stays and weekend work when necessary.
• Must be willing to travel as required for the job.
