Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to identify issues
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior Service Technician experience preferred but not required
  • Vocational or technical degree preferred
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturer repair procedures
  • Valid driver’s license required
