Site Supervisor

Are you self‑motivated with a drive to provide an essential service? We are looking for candidates to join our dynamic team of Site Supervisors. This team supports Hallcon’s safety goals, client service, and local staffing needs.

Hallcon provides mission‑critical, employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. We deliver safe, reliable, innovative, consistent, and cost‑effective solutions to our clients.

• Manage staffing and training for new employees
• Ensure safety through training and vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Bridging the gap between Hallcon field employees and corporate
• Coordinate with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations are operation at max efficiency
• Work with Risk Management to report all violation, safety issues, injuries and incidents

To perform this position successfully, an individual mustbe able to meet each essential duty and responsibility to a satisfactory level.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to clearly communicate both verbally and written
• Valid Driver’s License with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year experience in team management

• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Great attention to detail
• Quick and Decisive decision making ability
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiries
