We are looking for an Express Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have minimum 1 year prior Dealership or Independent service center experience, elevated work ethics to keep up with day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Perform basic vehicle service and maintenance, conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections, identify vehicle service needs
• Knowledge of CDK operating systems, usage of All-Data systems
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers are informed if any additional service recommendations, including cost estimates of additional repairs
• Execute repairs and minor warranty work to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high work standards with fixed right first visit

• Minimum 1 year prior Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma, Trade school certificate or equivalent
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical repair skills and ability to operate basic electronic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
