As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing daily living assistance and companionship to our residents. Your caring and supportive nature will make a meaningful difference in their lives, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cherished.

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Providing medication reminders and assistance as needed.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions with residents to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Assisting with housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure personalized care plans are implemented and monitored.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a similar role is a plus, but not required. We value a genuine passion for senior care and a willingness to learn.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Empathy and respect for the individual needs and preferences of our residents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
